Welcome, great to meet you! 🤗 We strive to make finding a reliable babysitter and asking for help as easy as possible. Here's how it works:

1. Choose the most suitable babysitter. Based on your preferences, we will suggest a few babysitters for you. Feel free to ask for more information or additional options! If your favorite babysitter's criminal background hasn't been checked, we'll certainly do so upon your request 👍

2. Get acquainted during a one-hour introductory visit. This visit is non-binding, and if the babysitter isn't quite right for any reason, you get the hour for free. 👉🏻 Tips for the first meeting can be found here.

3. Arrange the details directly with the babysitter. Once you've found the right Tuttu for your family, we'll create a shared WhatsApp group for discussing practical matters and scheduling. Cancellations and changes can also be conveniently communicated in the group. If your babysitter is unable to come at your preferred time, we'll try to suggest a substitute babysitter.

4. That's it! We take care of the paperwork and other arrangements for you.

Good to know

​

• 🕰️ Same price (almost) always applies. Our prices consist of the babysitter's desired fee, Tuttu's service charge, and VAT. There are no additional costs to the price we quote, and the same rate is generally applicable at all times of day and days of the week. However, your babysitter has the right to request a higher fee for caring for an ill child.

• 🚫 Cancel for free at least 24 hours before the start of the session. A late cancellation fee of €10 is charged (unless the cancellation is due to illness). You can directly arrange compensation for the babysitter or a replacement session with your babysitter. ​​

​

• 🤒 Some of our babysitters also care for sick and recovering children. Our babysitters do not have medical training, but some of them do take care of children with minor illnesses like colds. If the child you need care for falls ill before the scheduled visit or if you specifically require sick child care, please let us know in advance 😊

• 💰 The service is billed monthly. Please let us know if you want different details on the invoice than those you provided during the initial contact. The service cannot be paid in cash to the babysitter.

• ✔ Your babysitter is insured for liability and accidents during visits. So a promising collaboration doesn't have to end in dispute over a broken vase.
